WHAT IS THE TORY PARTY REALLY UP TO.

What are the Tories really up too? This is a question everyone in Britain should be asking themselves because the answer will affect all our futures forever. You will probably not like the possible answer; you may even poo-poo it, but the clues are out there.

What the Tories are planning is so radical and unpalatable that there is absolutely no chance they will publish it in any manifesto. Should they win the election in 2015 the full extent of their plans will be put in place and there will be no turning back. Britain will never be the same again. The main thrust of the Tory plans will target and seriously affect everyone but the richest in society.

The Tories want to introduce a lifetime cap on all benefits. The principles of this will be that claimants will only be able receive individual benefits for up to a maximum period of time over their lifetime. There may also be a ceiling cap which would reduce any other benefits should they be claimed at a later date. The measures are likely be introduced with something like a five year limit, which in many people's eyes would not seem unreasonable. Once implemented the Tories will quickly reduce the five year limit to only one. There is also a strong possibility that the cap would, with six months notice, be introduced retrospectively. That would mean up to 70% of benefit recipients losing many of their entitlements almost immediately. Over a period of 5 years this move would reduce the annual benefits bill by 90% to around £20 billion. The savings would be used to repay debt, reduce taxes and bolster areas that will need to be enlarged because of the effects of such a move which I will go into at a later date. There would be no chance of reversing these measures even if there was a change in Government. The whole infrastructure of welfare benefits will have been swept away.

In its place a national benefits insurance system will be set up run by private providers. Although there will be a statutory payment system via PAYE individuals will be able to opt out as there will be no compulsion to contribute. Only fools or the penniless wouldn't contribute. The likely cost of contributions would be in excess of 10% of salaries.

Having set in motion the dismantling and privatisation of the NHS the Tories next step is to reduce services provided to the population. Health services will be rationed and divided up into those that are the most profitable to private providers and a second stream of  those areas not covered by the main healthcare corporations.

This is how neo-liberalism works. It is totally selfish and proven to cause economic ruin for the 99%. The Tories need to bring about their plans because they expect tax revenues to collapse as wages are cut and unemployment sky rockets. There is also a fair chance that the 2015 election will be the last for a long time.
