A GOOD CONSTITUENCY MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT?

Mark Simmonds is a relatively good constituency member of parliament.

It is backed up by statistics that are out there and I will agree with them. Mark Simmonds is one of the best MPs for constituent responses. He is also one of the most expensive MPs.

This part of Lincolnshire is a staunch conservative area of Britain. Farming - big vested land interests, tied working conditions and a large non-voting population. Skegness is a property stitch up with half the population unemployed for more than half the year. The rest of the year it is DWP on wheels and rent-a-rottweiller by the week. Guess who votes there.

Boston, along with Spalding, has some of the warmest people in Britain outside London and Surrey. In the 1970/80s Boston's banks, TSB & building societies had the most personal money deposited in Britain.

Looking around you wouldn't believe it. Vested interests; one family has traffic lights at the end of their driveways so they can drive onto the main roads. Four families control the council like a mafia. No one who may offer higher wages than the going rate were allowed in. Minimum wage is the norm. House prices are some of the lowest per capita income. 30% of the local population are East European. That is 30,000. Maybe 100 are living rough. If found they are flown back to where ever. Nice.

Sir John Major said of the previous MP for the area, Sir Richard Body. when ever he saw him he imagined men in white coats in full chase behind.

Boston. Yeahh!! Market town. Fit, active people with money, weekly in pocket, wanting to drink. Mayhem. Doesn't matter. Most don't vote. Chicken catchers don't vote. Sheep shaggers don't vote. It is a safe Tory seat.

So along came Mark Simmons; injected into a safe seat. A quantity surveyor by trade. Had his own partnership which, quite rightly he registered in MP's interests. £800 per month for 10 hours work.

I've no argument with that.

Then he becomes a shadow spokesman for health. He rarely turns up; is boring as fuck if he speaks and, no surprise, doesn't get a junior position in 2010. BUT he is paid off. He gets a £50,000 per year position as a "strategic adviser" for Circle Healthcare for only 10 HOURS PER MONTH.

Mark Simmonds is no longer a Tory MP. He is a corrupt employee of a rapacious, tax evading pile of odour that is not interested in healthcare but profits to pay off their mounting debts and losses which they have no hope to repay.

You know, when ever possible Mark Simmonds is on TV running down his local hospital.

Vested Interests.
